BE A SPONSOR

Join the Harrisburg Housing Authority, City of Harrisburg, Levels Ready Entertainment and The Singer’s Lounge in promoting wellness, offering back to school support and highlighting the strengths of Harrisburg neighborhoods during our August 16th - 18th, 2019 cross-city, cross-cultural community event, The Weekender.

The Weekender informs, inspires, and empowers the residents of Harrisburg to make this a better place to live, work and play. While the event does draw a diverse crowd beyond the residents served by the Harrisburg Housing Authority, sponsorship of this event is a unique opportunity to bring your message to both multicultural and hard to reach populations.

In 2019, a portion of your sponsorship dollars will go to support our city-wide youth leadership development program Environmental Teen Corps.

Last year, in addition to our Environmental Teen Corps program, the Weekender allowed us to connect residents to local colleges, universities, and training programs, conduct health screenings for hundreds of local community members, donate 350 backpacks filled with school supplies to low income families, and put on an unparalleled music showcase for event attendees.

We’re looking for strong support from the leaders in our community. For more information, please download our Sponsorship Packet.

Why Partner with HHA?

MORE THAN JUST HOUSING

We provide housing to almost 1,750 residents. We strive every day to be MORE THAN JUST HOUSING for the families that live within our communities. Our programs are designed to support and guide our residents to economic and social self-sufficiency.

By changing and impacting lives for the better, HHA is able to increase the quality of life for their residents through innovative programming. The goal is to continue to bridge the gap by bringing partners into the community and encourage residents to step outside their walls to experience new opportunities that will ultimately move them forward.
